Job Description Description: Anticipated Assistant Director – Assessment & Accountability (K-6) Job Summary: The Assistant Director of Assessment and Accountability (K-6) provides district and building-level leadership for the implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of the Multi‑Tiered System of Supports (MTSS). Under the direction of the Director of Assessment and Accountability, this role builds staff capacity in evidence‑based Tier 1 instruction and targeted Tier 2 and Tier 3 interventions. The MTSS Supervisor partners with administrators, teachers, and student services teams to use data to improve outcomes for all learners while maintaining strict confidentiality. Key Responsibilities: Lead the district-wide implementation of MTSS. Provide coaching and support to staff on evidence‑based instruction and interventions. Monitor program data and report findings to leadership. Maintain confidentiality and comply with Safe Schools training requirements. Respond to inquiries and provide world‑class customer service to staff and students. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in an education-related field (Master’s degree preferred). Valid Ohio Department of Education licensure. 3–5 years of instructional or leadership experience. Valid driver’s license. Working Conditions: 8 hours per day, 5 days per week, 260 days per year based on the school year calendar, 1 FTE.
