Manufacturing Documentation and Training Specialist

Position Responsibilities: * Develops and delivers Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and on-the-job training for manufacturing roles, facilitating team member qualifications to optimize performance and ensure compliance with company guidelines an report training status and completion on monthly basis * Design training content inclusive of pictures, charts, graphics, and videos using Microsoft Suite Applications, Rise 360, SwipeGuide, etc. * Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SME's) and department leaders to ensure understanding of training and effective transfer of knowledge and skills * Coordinate the Train-the-Trainer programs utilizing SME's or Safety Manager as directed by plant location * Maintain and update plant specific documentation library consisting of reference materials, videos, publications, photos, etc. * Take appropriate action when violations to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) occur or when Process Controls suggestions are made * Other duties as assigned Qualifications Required Education and Experience: * Bachelor's Degree with 2 to 4 years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 5 to 7 plus years of specific experience Preferred Education and Experience: * Master's degree * Ability to climb stairs/steps and/or stand a minimum of eight hours Essential Information for Our Employees At the Reyes Family of Businesses, our Total Rewards Strategy prioritizes the holistic well-being of our employees, and our compensation philosophy embraces diverse factors for fair pay decisions, valuing skills, experience, and the needs of our business.
