Our client is seeking a Director of Business Development (IT) in Torrance, California, to lead and grow a high performing sales organization focused on managed IT services, cybersecurity, cloud solutions, compliance, and technology services. This exciting leadership opportunity is ideal for a driven sales professional who thrives in a player coach role, combining hands on business development with team leadership, strategic growth initiatives, and revenue generation. The ideal candidate will be passionate about building strong client relationships, developing top sales talent, and driving impactful growth across SMB and mid market accounts. Requirements :
- 4 to 10+ years of B2B sales experience, including leadership of outside sales or business development teams.
- Experience in MSP, IT services, SaaS, cybersecurity, cloud, or technology sales environments.
- Strong prospecting, new business development, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Expertise with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, ConnectWise, or Salesforce.
- Strong forecasting, pipeline management, reporting, and sales analytics skills.
Hours : Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
