Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused individual to assist customers with inquiries, and product or service information. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer support while maintaining a positive company image.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers when dropping off and picking up their vehicles.
- Receive and process cash, check, credit card payments.
- Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Provide information about products and services.
