In this dual-focus role, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate order processing, invoicing, collections, and account reconciliation while providing exceptional customer service to our clients.Key ResponsibilitiesClient Relationship ManagementYou will act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding order placing, billing, and payment inquiries. In this role, you must build and maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns promptly.Accounts Receivable ManagementYour daily duties include generating and issuing accurate invoices to clients. You will monitor accounts to identify overdue payments, follow up as necessary, and efficiently process incoming payments.Account ReconciliationYou will regularly reconcile customer accounts to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies. This requires maintaining up-to-date, organized records of all accounts receivable transactions.Reporting and ComplianceYou will prepare accounts receivable reports for management review. Additionally, you will ensure all financial activities comply with company policies and financial regulations.Qualifications and SkillsThe ideal candidate has proven experience as an account manager, accounts receivable clerk, office manager, or similar role. Experience in a B2B manufacturing or distribution environment is highly preferred. You need strong technical proficiency with accounting software and spreadsheets, along with exceptional attention to detail.
