As the lead Business Planner, you will partner across the Print Consumer Services and Solutions (CSS) organization, to drive operational excellence, strategic planning, and execution. You will lead the organization's business management rhythm, ensuring effective coordination of priorities, planning processes, and leadership operating cadences. Leveraging strong financial acumen, you will oversee budget planning, forecasting, and performance management, providing insights and recommendations that support informed business decisions. Through exceptional communication skills and attention to detail, you will enable the VP and leadership team to effectively represent the organization's priorities, progress, and results across executive and cross-functional forums. You will collaborate closely with peer organizations to strengthen operating models, drive organizational alignment, and continuously improve business management practices across CSS.

Responsibilities

Business Operations

• Partner with CSS leadership to drive the organization's business management rhythm, operational excellence, and execution of strategic priorities through effective planning, governance, and stakeholder alignment.
• Coordinate business reviews, planning activities, and stakeholder engagement.
• Facilitate organizational priority setting, performance reporting, and operational reviews across business, financial, organizational, and transformational initiatives.
• Anticipate business needs, identify risks and dependencies, and proactively develop solutions that support successful execution of CSS priorities.

Communications

• Lead the CSS communication strategy and executive storytelling framework, ensuring clear alignment around organizational priorities, business results, strategic initiatives, and transformation goals.
• Develop high-impact executive communications, presentations, talking points, and business updates for leadership, employee, and cross-functional audiences.
• Coordinate executive reviews, leadership meetings, and cross-functional engagements, ensuring leaders are prepared with clear messaging, insights, and recommendations.
• Translate complex business, financial, and operational information into concise, compelling narratives that support effective decision-making and stakeholder alignment.

Business Planning

• Lead financial planning and business management processes for CSS, partnering closely with leadership and Finance to manage budgets, forecasts, and investments.
• Provide ongoing financial and operational insights, ensuring leadership has visibility into performance trends, risks, opportunities, and execution against business objectives.
• Partner with CSS Finance to manage monthly close, forecasting, and reporting processes, clearly communicating variances, risks, and recommended actions.
• Lead the annual Long-Term Planning (LTP) process and business planning activities, ensuring alignment of organizational priorities, resource strategies, and investment decisions.

Collaboration

• Foster a highly collaborative operating environment through strong partnerships across CSS and Print leadership, Finance, People, and other partner organizations.
• Influence cross-functional stakeholders to align on priorities, resolve complex business challenges, and drive successful outcomes without direct authority.
• Build effective networks across the organization to strengthen information flow, decision-making, and execution of strategic initiatives.

• Recognized expertise in leading complex, cross-functional initiatives that require influence, collaboration, strategic thinking, and execution across organizational boundaries.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to assess organizational priorities, develop recommendations, and influence executive decision-making.
• Proven ability to serve as a strategic thought partner to the leadership team, translating business objectives into actionable plans and measurable outcomes.
• Strong financial acumen with experience leading budgeting, forecasting, resource planning, and performance management processes.
• Demonstrated ability to establish structure, create clarity, and drive results in complex, ambiguous, and rapidly evolving environments.
• Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, including the ability to develop executive-level presentations, business reviews, and strategic communications.
• Strategic thinker with intellectual curiosity and a continuous improvement mindset who effectively connects insights, trends, and data to business outcomes.
• Highly effective collaborator who builds credibility, trust, and influence across diverse stakeholder groups and organizational levels.
• Resilient and adaptable leader with strong personal accountability, integrity, sound judgment, and the ability to navigate complexity while maintaining focus on long-term objectives.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or other advanced business degree preferred.

The pay range for this role is $130,700 to $205,200 USD annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
