• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans for a variety of mental health conditions tailored to individual client needs.

• Document patient interactions meticulously in our electronic medical records (EMR) system, including services provided, diagnoses, and billing codes.

• Lead therapy sessions using audio and video conferencing tools, ensuring a safe and effective therapeutic environment.

• Uphold the National Association of Social Workers (NASW) Code of Ethics and maintain compliance with state regulations governing telehealth practice.

The LCSW will work with a diverse demographic, treating adolescents aged 12 and up, adults, and seniors experiencing a wide range of mental health issues. • A master's degree in Social Work, with a license as an Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) valid in Washington state.
