Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a mental health counselor, you will:

• Counsel individuals during scheduled video sessions, creating a safe and welcoming environment for clients to express their emotions and experiences.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clients will primarily consist of stable adults with low acuity who seek support through our telehealth services. Our pre-screening process ensures that clients are well-suited for remote therapy, providing you with an opportunity to deliver effective treatment to individuals who may prefer the convenience and comfort of online counseling.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, you must meet the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree in a relevant field such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Full licensure to practice as an independent mental health professional, including certifications such as:

• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

• Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)

• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

• Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)

• Licensed Psychologist

• No limited or provisional licenses; applicants must have no previous disciplinary actions.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
