Conlan Analyst Lead

Salary: $102,000 - 142,000 per year Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2–3 years of experience in customer service, health care claims, or a medical-related field.
• Experience working with organizational functions and personnel; team lead experience is preferred.
• Ability to follow strict protocols for policy operations and oral and written directions.
• Experience using computer software and telephone technology; proficiency with help desk software or customer relationship management tools.
• Business and analytical critical-thinking skills.
• Strong written and oral communication skills, including professional email communication.
• Ability to take on special projects as needed.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or similar programs.

• Guide and review team workflows for Conlan reimbursement claims, serving as a subject matter expert for team members, leadership, or the client.
• Support Conlan case processing and conduct research, member case reviews, and escalations.
• Research and process claims according to established court order requirements, applicable policies and procedures, and service-level agreement standards.
• Review member reimbursement request letters, including incomplete requests, approvals, and denials, for completeness, accuracy, and compliance.
• Work with team members, management, and customers to resolve claim-related issues through timely communication and effective problem-solving.
• Assist supervisors and senior management with claim research, special projects, and other assigned work, completing tasks accurately and on time.
• Maintain and update daily, weekly, and monthly reports covering operational performance, workload metrics, and service-level agreement adherence.
