Job Title: Human Resources Generalist



Salary Range: $75,000-85,000/YR



Position Summary


Our client is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support operations across office and field employees. This role is responsible for assisting with employee relations, onboarding, compliance, benefits administration, performance management, and HR program administration while ensuring alignment with company policies and applicable employment laws.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary HR resource for assigned locations, providing guidance on employee relations, policies, compliance, and workplace concerns.
• Partner with operational leaders to address performance management, disciplinary matters, investigations, transfers, and workforce planning.
• Lead onboarding activities, new employee orientation, documentation completion, and HRIS record maintenance.
• Support employee engagement, retention efforts, team development initiatives, and workplace culture programs.
• Coordinate training, coaching, and leadership development programs to strengthen management effectiveness and employee growth.
• Assist with benefits communication, leave administration, open enrollment activities, and employee support inquiries.
• Monitor compliance with applicable employment laws, company policies, and workplace requirements.
• Track HR metrics, prepare workforce-related reports, and identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Facilitate performance review cycles, employee feedback programs, and career development initiatives.
• Participate in leadership meetings and collaborate on strategic people-focused objectives.
• Maintain accurate personnel records and ensure timely follow-up on employee and management requests.
• Promote a safe, respectful, and productive work environment while supporting continuous improvement efforts.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related discipline.
• HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP, or similar) preferred.
• Prior HR experience supporting manufacturing, industrial, construction, or field-based operations environments.
