What You'll Do:
As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you'll be more than a caregiver-you'll be a mentor, advocate, and companion. No two days are the same!

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting an individual in a 2:1 staffing ratio
• Giving consistent, high-level personal care
• Providing an individual with daily living activities such as meal preparation and medication reminders
• Encouraging independence, choice, and personal growth
• Maintaining a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment
• Documenting services and following individualized service plans

Where You'll Work:

• Franklin, NH - Residential Home: Provide support in a home setting, helping individuals thrive in their daily routines
  • Schedule - staff will be working 3 days per week with each shift being 12 hours in duration; staff will be considered full-time

What We're Looking For:

• Experienced DSPs or medical professionals
• Strong level of all personal care with female clients
• Compassionate, reliable, and energetic
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation and proof of auto insurance (required)
