Administrative Assistant

Richco Structures is currently seeking a friendly, organized and dependable Administrative Assistant to join our team! Part‑time position 20-25 hours per week. Monday - Friday. Hours approximately 11:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. or 12:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. Responsibilities include: Answer and direct incoming phone calls Greet visitors and provide excellent customer service Assist with general office suport Qualifications: Previous administrative or office experience preferred Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Excellent organizational and time management skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Bi‑lingual would be a plus If you enjoy working with people, staying organized, and helping an office run smoothly, we would love to hear from you! #J-18808-Ljbffr
