In this role, you will provide hands-on technical support to employees across corporate offices and property management sites, ensuring that systems, devices, and applications remain reliable and secure for daily operations.As the primary point of contact for internal technical issues, you will troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and user access problems while delivering excellent customer service to employees at all levels of the organization. You will play a key role in maintaining the company's IT infrastructure and supporting the technology that powers property management systems, leasing platforms, and business operations.This role involves a mix of end-user support, workstation management, system administration assistance, and coordination with third-party vendors.
