Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate every Sunday Home Health Aide (HHA) / or Personal Care Assistant (PCA) to provide exceptional care and support to our client in Katonah. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Parkinson's, with experience working with Parkinson's. This role offers an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful difference in clients' life while working every Sunday for 13 hour day shift (8am-9pm). Candidates must be committed to maintaining patient dignity, confidentiality, and delivering high-quality personal care.

Duties

• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support.

• Monitor and observe patient conditions, reporting any changes or concerns promptly.

• Administer medications and perform basic medical tasks such as taking vital signs

• Support clients with meal preparation, light housekeeping, laundry.

• Utilize patient transfer methods and equipment to ensure safe mobility assistance.

• Maintain accurate medical documentation while adhering to HIPAA regulations.

• Provide compassionate companionship, emotional support, and engagement tailored to individual needs.

• Follow home healthcare regulations and safety protocols diligently during all care activities.
