Delivery Lead – Connected Solutions Mid-Market Fulfillment (WMS, OMS, TMS) Lead delivery execution across multiple programs/engagements within the Mid‑Market Fulfillment portfolio, ensuring quality outcomes, client satisfaction, and strong team performance. Key Responsibilities Delivery Leadership Across Multiple Programs Lead end‑to‑end delivery execution across multiple programs or engagements. Manage planning, delivery governance, escalations, and delivery risk. Ensure consistent delivery standards, operational discipline, and continuous improvement. Develop and grow talent by coaching teams and partnering with HR/leadership. Partner with client stakeholders and internal functions to drive adoption of change. Drive Innovation, Standardization & Speed‑to‑Value Identify repeatable delivery patterns and convert them into solution assets. Build and maintain templatized Fulfillment solution offers. Promote standardization across delivery methods to improve predictability, cost, and quality. Support innovation initiatives that improve delivery throughput while maintaining risk controls. Solutioning & Sales Collaboration (Proposals) Collaborate with Sales, Solution Architecture, and other bid teams to shape delivery strategy during pursuits. Support proposal development: delivery approach, governance model, staffing logic, implementation plan, differentiators. Create or review proposal content to ensure alignment with delivery execution, commercial expectations, and client requirements. Support and Lead Orals Participate in bid Orals and executive discussions. Lead oral sessions and coordinate Q&A responses with SMEs. Travel may be required (25%–75% depending on business needs). Required Qualifications Minimum 10 years experience leading delivery for small and large‑scale transformation programs and managing multi‑functional stakeholder engagement. Minimum 10 years experience in WMS, logistics, or fulfillment technology. Minimum 10 years leading large, complex WMS transformation programs in a client‑facing capacity. Minimum 10 years native SaaS Fulfillment / Manhattan solution experience. Minimum 10 years experience supporting bids (RFP/RFI), proposals, and orals in enterprise environments. Minimum 10 years experience in delivery governance, risk management, and program planning. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years of work experience). Associate’s Degree requires minimum 6 years of work experience. Preferred Qualifications Experience with solution architecture concepts (end‑to‑end, multi‑service solution design). Experience in operations mobilization / transition setups for new outsourcing or transformation engagements. Demonstrated metrics‑driven improvement (quality, delivery predictability, cost efficiency). Experience positioning Managed Services. Technical background in native SaaS Fulfillment / Manhattan solution. Travel Travel may be required from 25% to 75% depending on business needs and client requirements.
