Sales Associate [Hourly + Commission] Not Currently Actively Hiring — Applications Welcome for Future Opportunities

Our Sales Associate team is currently fully staffed, and we are not actively hiring for this position at this time. However, as we move into fall 2026, our staffing needs can change based on studio growth, class schedules, and team availability.

Who We're Looking For
We're looking for a high-energy, outgoing, and personable Sales Associate to help grow our membership base and create an exceptional studio experience.

This is a sales-focused role where you'll be responsible for connecting with prospective and current members, generating leads, following up with inquiries, booking first-time clients, and helping convert prospects into loyal BODYBAR members.

The ideal candidate is confident, personable, motivated by goals, and genuinely passionate about helping people discover the benefits of Pilates and become part of our community.

This is a part-time position with hourly pay + commission , reporting to the Studio Manager & Assistant Manager.

What You'll Be Doing

• Drive studio growth by owning the sales process from lead generation and follow-up to membership conversion

• Generate and follow up with leads through phone calls, text messages, email, and in-person conversations

• Convert prospects into members by confidently communicating BODYBAR's membership options, promotions, and value

• Book and manage first-time clients while creating a warm and personalized introduction to the studio

• Build strong relationships with current and prospective members through proactive communication and personalized support

• Meet and exceed sales goals for memberships, retail, private training, and other studio offerings

• Create an exceptional front desk experience by welcoming members, answering questions, and assisting with check-in and bookings

• Be a BODYBAR brand ambassador by representing the studio at local events, community outreach opportunities, and promotional events

• Maintain accurate records of leads, member interactions, bookings, and sales within studio software

• Help create a welcoming studio environment by engaging with members before and after class and helping foster a strong sense of community

• Work collaborativel y with the management and instructor teams to support overall studio goals

What You'll Need to Succeed

• Goal-oriented and motivated by achieving and exceeding sales targets

• Outgoing, personable, and comfortable initiating conversations with new people

• Excellent communication skills in person, over the phone, via text, and email

• Passion for fitness, wellness, and helping others

• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills

• Professional, trustworthy, reliable, and punctual

• Ability to work independently while also being a strong team player

• Comfortable learning and using computers, social media, scheduling platforms, and studio software

• Previous sales, customer service, hospitality, or fitness experience preferred

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Some college preferred

Schedule
Part-time position with flexible scheduling based on studio needs and candidate availability.
Preference will be given to candidates with availability for early mornings, evenings, and/or weekends.
