Our client is hiring an Ecommerce Operations Specialist to own the day-to-day site experience of a fast-growing DTC beauty brand's Shopify store. About the role This is a hands-on site operator role for someone who lives in Shopify, thinks in tests, and takes pride in a clean, high-performing site. You'll own daily site operations, quality checks, merchandising, and experimentation — with support on inventory and cross-functional coordination. You'll partner closely with the Director of E-commerce and a global team on content and launches. What you'll own Daily site operations and QA across korres.com — product uploads, PDP updates, landing pages, banners, Shopify tag management, and collection organization A/B testing and site experimentation using VWO — hypothesis to results CRO thinking applied to merchandising, personalization modules (homepage and PDP carousels), and purchase path optimization End-to-end go-live process for new product launches — content, PDP copy, asset prep, merchandising placement, QA, and post-launch performance monitoring Promo banner swaps during live site-wide promotions, including on‑call go‑live windows Re‑merchandising landing and collection pages based on seasonality, inventory, and performance data Weekly and monthly site performance reporting from GA4, Shopify Analytics, and Triple Whale Inventory sync monitoring between Shopify and fulfillment, plus replenishment coordination with HQ supply What you bring 3+ years in ecommerce operations or site management with deep Shopify fluency (products, discounts, theme editor, Matrixify or similar bulk‑edit tools) Hands‑on A/B testing and CRO experience — you've run tests, read results, and shipped changes Track record of owning daily site operations and quality checks in a previous role Comfort juggling high task volume across multiple workstreams Nice to have Beauty, skincare, wellness, or lifestyle DTC background CRO tool experience (VWO, Hotjar) Basic on‑page SEO Triple Whale, GA4, or comparable reporting tools #J-18808-Ljbffr
