Opportunity Description:
Our Memory Care Patients love to do arts and crafts and we're looking for individuals to volunteer their time assisting with crafts. We aren't looking for Picasso; just people passionate about helping brighten someone's day and a willingness to sit with our patients!
Your time can make a profound difference in the lives of those nearing the end of their journey. Whether it’s through a heartfelt conversation, sharing a laugh, or simply sitting together, your presence brings comfort, hope, and dignity to someone in need.
What You’ll Do:
* Spend quality time with elderly patients in care facilities assisting with arts and crafts.
* Offer companionship, encouragement, and emotional support.
* Brighten their day by being a kind and caring presence.
What We’re Looking For:
* Compassionate individuals with a heart for serving others.
* Good listeners who can provide support and comfort.
* A commitment of a few hours per week or as your schedule allows.
No medical experience is required-just a willingness to share your time and kindness. Comprehensive training and support are provided.
