Temporary Warehouse Associate

Temporary Fulfillment Center Operations AssociateWe are looking for a Temporary Fulfillment Center Operations Associate (TFCOA) to join our team. This position works on the warehouse floor, processing orders by picking and filling boxes/containers. They will always send and accept shipments while keeping the warehouse clean and safe. As an (TFCOA), you will play an essential role in preparing items for delivery. Our facility provides services to multiple clients in the warehouse, so no day is the same. You will learn different logistics solutions for each new and existing client we service. The ideal candidate has experience working in an environment that can be cold and hot during different seasons. This person will need to be able to work safely and quickly, standing for long periods while fulfilling orders.Key Result AreasReceiving, QA, and inventory management of productsAccurately and efficiently pick/pack customer orders using an internal warehouse applicationPartner with Inventory Specialist to prepare deliveries for shipmentAdhere to all safety policies, and procedures and complete all safety training and assessmentsQuality control inspection of productsOther duties as assignedSkills and QualificationsDetail-oriented, reliable, organized, forward-thinking, proactive, and approachableComfortable learning new software and providing feedback on tools usedWarehouse/distribution experience is required; start-up experience is a plusA high school diploma or GED is preferred but not requiredOvertime will be required based on business needsMust have basic math skills and be computer savvyValid Driver's LicenseAble to stand, walk, stoop, bend, and lift up to 50 poundsMust have a working cell phone and be willing to download an app to use for picking/packingAbout HRforGrowth: HRforGrowth is a full-service HR and talent partner built to support companies that are scaling, transforming, or navigating change.
