Job Title: Data AnalystLocation: Atlanta, GAPosition OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Data Analyst to build, maintain, and automate enterprise-wide reporting and business intelligence solutions. This role focuses on transforming manual reporting processes into scalable SQL datasets and Power BI dashboards to support Finance, Operations, and Executive Leadership in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesReporting & Automation: Design and build SQL datasets, automated pipelines, and Power BI dashboards to eliminate manual Excel processes.Performance Analytics: Analyze and reconcile core business metrics (revenue, billings, utilization, profitability) against source systems to ensure data accuracy.Stakeholder Collaboration: Gather requirements from Finance, IT, and Leadership to translate complex business needs into actionable data insights.Data Integrity & Process Improvement: Identify reporting discrepancies, document metric definitions, and continuously optimize data workflows.Qualifications & SkillsExperience: 3–6+ years in data analysis, business intelligence, or reporting.Technical Mastery:Advanced SQL (joins, aggregations, handling large datasets).Advanced Power BI (dashboard creation, dataset maintenance).Advanced Excel (complex formulas, pivot tables, macros).Education: Bachelor’s degree required (Data Analytics, Business, Finance, or related field preferred).Key Traits: Strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving, exceptional stakeholder communication, and comfort handling confidential financial data.Bonus Points: Experience with enterprise ERP/billing systems or exposure to Python and predictive/financial modeling.Type: Direct HireCategory: IT/Networking/HardwareDate Posted: 2026-08-14
