We are seeking a Systems Analyst 1 to support business and technical teams in analyzing requirements, improving business processes, and enhancing existing computer systems. The ideal candidate will have experience gathering requirements, documenting system functionality, evaluating solutions, and supporting testing and implementation activities. Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have experience gathering requirements, documenting system functionality, evaluating solutions, and supporting testing and implementation activities. Responsibilities
- Analyze business objectives, user requirements, and operational procedures.
- Gather and document business and system requirements.
- Create detailed functional specifications and process documentation.
- Evaluate existing systems and recommend improvements.
- Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and solutions.
- Support system testing, implementation, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
- Prepare reports, workflow documentation, and process maps.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Systems Analyst, Business Analyst, or related role.
- Experience analyzing user requirements and business processes.
- Experience documenting system requirements and functional specifications.
- Ability to evaluate system capabilities and recommend enhancements.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience supporting testing, implementation, and system maintenance activities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with SDLC methodologies.
- Experience creating process flows and business documentation.
- Government or healthcare industry experience is a plus.
- Hybrid role located in Austin, TX.
- Candidates must currently reside in Texas.
