Marketing Associate - Full Time

Full Time: Monday-Friday 8AM-4:30PM, 1 Saturday a month required Wage: $21 per hour LOTS of Opportunity in a Stable & Beautiful work environment. Commuter Reimbursement. The Marketing Assistant is responsible for the professional and efficient managing of the front office of the Marketing Department. They assist visitors and clients, answer a multi-line phone, and support the Marketing team with a wide variety of clerical and administrative duties. Principle Duties Answers a multi-line telephone and voice-mail system. Greets customers upon arrival, assisting as needed. Supports the Marketing Coordinator and Marketing team with general clerical duties including copying, scanning, faxing, collating, organizing, creating brochures, mailing newsletters, etc. Prepares and processes incoming and outgoing mail. Creates Excel spreadsheets and other reports as necessary. Ensures that the inventory for brochures, collateral, and other essential supplies are always available and up-to-date. Organizes detailed records of current and future depositors, assists in processing sale paperwork, updates the database, and creates files. Performs additional work duties and responsibilities as assigned. Experience in a sales environment is a plus. Excellent customer service skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to facilitate small group presentations Strong organizational and time management skills. Strong attention to detail. Ability to handle multiple priorities while working in an area of constant distractions. Good judgment, problem solving, and decision making skills.
