Target Compensation: $27-28 per hour commensurate with experience

Key Responsibilities for the Accounts Payable Clerk:

• Process and accurately enter vendor invoices received through the AP inbox Review invoices, obtain appropriate approvals, and prepare payments in a timely manner Communicate with vendors regarding payment status, invoice discrepancies, and outstanding documentation Maintain organized records and ensure accuracy of accounts payable data Perform data entry, tracking, and reporting activities using Excel and internal accounting systems

Qualifications for the Accounts Payable Clerk:

• All experience levels are encouraged to apply Prior administrative, accounting, accounts payable, or data entry experience is a plus Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling financial information Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and ability to learn new systems quickly
