We are seeking a Behavioral Health Technician to provide direct support to children and families, helping them build essential skills and create positive change. As part of a collaborative team, you’ll play a key role in implementing personalized treatment plans that empower children to thrive in their daily lives. What You’ll Do Work one-on-one with children in homes, schools, and community settings to help them develop and apply new skills. Assist in the implementation of individualized treatment plans , promoting consistency across different environments. Work independently while maintaining a flexible schedule to meet client needs. Focus on preventing the need for more restrictive interventions by providing early support. Collaborate with families, schools, and other support systems to ensure a well-rounded approach to care.
