Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $18.15 / Hour Job Schedule: Mon: 09:00 PM - 03:00 AM Tue: 09:00 PM - 03:00 AM Wed: 09:00 PM - 03:00 AM Thur: 09:00 PM - 03:00 AM Fri: 09:00 PM - 03:00 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service at the front desk by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, visitor processing, and/or access control activities for a logistics and distribution location. Monitor lobby and reception activity, verify identification and/or credentials, maintain visitor and delivery records, and help to support authorized entry procedures. Respond to incidents, questions, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, escalating concerns according to site protocols and emergency response guidelines when appropriate. Answer phones, assist employees, visitors, and drivers with directions and check‑in expectations, and communicate security‑related information to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership. Observe front desk and nearby entry areas for unusual activity, document incidents and daily activity, and help to deter unauthorized access through professional presence and attention to detail. Minimum Requirements: Access control and badge experience is preferred. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Alarm panel experience is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Loss prevention experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
