Custom Audio Support Representative
Abt Electronics has an immediate opening for the position of Custom Audio Support Representative. This is an in-house position at our office located in Glenview, IL. We are a family-owned company that has been in business since 1936 and continues to experience strong growth year after year. Abt Electronics specializes in electronics, appliance & furniture sales, delivery, installation, and servicing all the products we sell. We are looking for a highly motivated, flexible & friendly Custom Audio Support Representative to join our team. If this is you, we want to hear from you!
Primary duties include:
- Assist customers over the phone with their home electronics service needs
- Basic troubleshooting & tech support for consumer electronics
- Process returns & exchanges
- Create service tickets to document customers' needs & dispatch techs to customers' homes
Job Requirements:
- Basic operational knowledge of consumer electronics
- Strong computer skills
- Ability to take initiative & make decisions
- Approachable & outgoing personality
- Scheduling includes night & weekend hours
- Bi-lingual a plus
- In-person position
