Help Desk Team Lead

Job Number: R0230195 Key Role Designs, implements, and maintains strategic, multi-disciplinary IT programs in support of corporate strategy. Applies specific functional knowledge, and working or general industry knowledge. Develops or contributes to solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity. Works independently with some guidance, reviews or guides activities of junior employees. Basic Qualifications 2+ years of experience with leading a help desk team Experience with triaging tickets for a team Experience with AWS Experience with RHEL or Windows Server Experience with ticketing systems Experience with Agile Ability to communicate with stakeholders and clients across the program Secret clearance Bachelor's degree DoD 8570 IAT Level II Certification Additional Qualifications Experience as a scrum master Experience with Jira workflows or automations Experience with Active Directory (AD) Experience with Infrastructure as Code, including Terraform, CloudFormation, or Configuration as Code, including AWS SSM, Ansible, PowerShell, or Bash DoD 8570 IAT Level III Certification Clearance Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
