As the Dale Carnegie Director of Business Development, you are actively creating new business with companies and managing existing client relationships. What does the "Day to Day" Look Like?

• Building new business from within existing accounts
• Prospecting for new clients with leads and reactivating dormant accounts
• Facilitating assessment conversations with business leaders and decision makers
• Consulting with Dale Carnegie project team tailoring solutions to clients learning needs
• Monitoring sold learning implementations
• Creating value to accelerate client results
• Leveraging social media to advance the sales process
• Developing account strategies
• Networking - live and online

What experience do I need?

• Prefer some experience but not required in sales, management or business experience - preferably in a professional service industry.

What are the "must haves"?

• High degree of English business acumen
• Must have lived in the area for a minimum of 1 year
• Have own reliable transportation
• Ability to pass background check and bondable
• Flexibility to work during the day and occasional evenings
• 4-year college or university degree
