Real Estate Associate Attorney Multiple U.S. Offices | 3–5 Years’ Experience | New York Salary Range: $225,000–$415,000 A sophisticated national real estate practice is seeking an experienced Real Estate Associate to join its team. The position can be based across multiple U.S. offices and offers the opportunity to work on complex, high-value transactions for clients operating across major real estate sectors. This is an attractive opportunity for an associate who has developed a strong transactional foundation and wants greater involvement in negotiating significant deal documents, managing key components of transactions, and working directly with clients. The Role The successful candidate will advise on a broad range of commercial real estate matters, including: Acquisitions and dispositions of significant real estate assets Commercial leasing transactions Drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, leases, and other material transaction documents General contracting and construction-related matters Coordinating complex transactions from initial structuring through closing Working directly with clients, counterparties, and other advisers throughout the transaction lifecycle Experience involving data centers and digital infrastructure would be particularly valuable. This may include hyperscaler data center leasing, construction, development, or related transactions. Why Consider This Opportunity? Strong academic credentials, commercial judgment, attention to detail, and excellent written and verbal communication skills are expected. Candidates must have a JD and previous experience working in a law firm, ideally within a sophisticated transactional real estate practice.
