ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2025 and currently lead a growing team of three. Before becoming an agent with State Farm, I worked as a farmer. I was looking for a career that offered more opportunity, balance, and long-term growth, which ultimately led me into agency ownership.

I’m a graduate of Texas A&M University and will be getting married in the next few months. Family and community are both very important to me, and I’ve worked to build that same mindset into the agency culture.

As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Jacob Farmer - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide information about insurance products and services.
• Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
