RN Supervisor (Every other weekend) Job Summary: Bloomingdale Health Center, a five-star quality skilled nursing facility, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our team. As a RN Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising nurses and aides, implementing recommended changes, and ensuring optimal resident care. Responsibilities: Supervise nurses and aides in our Long Term Care facility, promoting a culture of excellence and quality care Collaborate with the Director of Nursing and Assistant Director of Nursing to implement recommended changes and ensure seamless facility operations Conduct resident assessments, monitor care, and report changes to the Director of Nursing or Assistant Director of Nursing Ensure accurate and timely documentation of resident care, including MARs, nurse notes, accident/incident reports, physician's orders, and treatment records Liaise between nursing staff and attending physicians, assessing the necessity of calls to physicians during off-business hours Maintain a clean and organized environment, ensuring all supplies are in proper place and equipment is functioning properly Requirements: 1 year of experience in Long Term Care NJ Registered Nurse License 1 year of experience in Nursing 1 year of experience as a RN Supervisor RN - Registered Nurse certification Job Type: PER DIEM About Bloomingdale Health Center: At Bloomingdale Health Center, we are committed to providing a culture of care and compassion, where our skilled and valued employees provide the highest standards of medically complex care in a patient-focused environment.
