Clinical ManagerAdvanced Spine Center of Wisconsin is hiring a full time Registered Nurse Clinical Manager!Welcome to Advanced Spine of Wisconsin At Advanced Spine Center of Wisconsin was designed with the goal of providing the best experience for patients and their loved ones. The facility has two operating rooms and one procedure room that are equipped with the latest in advanced surgical technology.Registered Nurse Clinical Manager at Advanced Spine Center of WisconsinThe Registered Nurse Clinical Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the operating room and implements process initiatives to improve the efficiency of services and patient experience. The Registered Nurse Clinical Manager will report to the Administrator and will collaborate with them to promote fiscal accountability, develop and revise policies, and evaluate staff performance. The Registered Nurse Clinical Manager will oversee staff credentialing, preventative safety measures, risk management duties, and use their clinical and leadership experience to enhance patient care and improve clinical outcomes.Responsibilities:Devise strategies and plans for the clinical department according to company standards for excellent service and growthAssume responsibility for budgeting and resourcingPlan and oversee all patient care or administrative operations and programsRecruit employees to ensure the department is staffed with qualified personnelAssign cases and create schedules for all employeesCoordinate and supervise staff, providing constructive feedbackProvide personnel with clinical training and opportunities for continuous developmentEvaluate performance and discipline employees when necessaryMonitor compliance with legal guidelines, internal policies, and quality standardsSkills:Proven experience as a clinical director or other managerial positionExperience in clinical supervision and program managementSolid understanding of budgeting, resourcing, and performance evaluation proceduresExcellent knowledge of standards (e.g., ISO) and regulations for the clinical fieldProficient in MS Office and computer systems (e.g., patient management software)Excellent communication and people skillsExceptional organizational and leadership skillsAptitude in resolving issues and conflictsQualifications:Graduate of an approved school of nursing.Currently licensed in the state.CPR required, advanced life support certification required.At least two years operating room/critical care experience.At least two years of supervisory experience in the outpatient surgery area.Demonstrates clinical competency, leadership, and teaching capabilities.Physically and emotionally capable of performing responsibilities of position.BenefitsUSPI offers the following benefits, subject to employment status:Medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurancePaid time off (vacation & sick leave) – Starting PTO accrual is 15 days per year.401k retirement planPaid holidaysHealth savings accounts, healthcare & dependent flexible spending accountsEmployee Assistance program, Employee discount programVoluntary benefits include pet insurance, legal insurance, accident and critical illness insurance, long term care, elder & childcare, AD&D, auto & home insurance.Who We AreAt USPI, we create relationships that create better care.
