Job Overview

We’re seeking a Vice President, Product to support the product vision, strategy, and execution at Echo Base. This role is pivotal in shaping the future of our core products and integrating future acquisitions the company might pursue. The Vice President will lead and build a team of product managers, designers, and analysts while partnering with the Head of Engineering to enhance our core offerings and drive innovative products that fuel growth.

What You'll Do

Product Strategy

• Execute product strategy to position the company products as best in class.
• Align on strategy around various initiatives around the company
• Align product initiatives with business goals, identifying opportunities and mitigating threats through actionable roadmaps.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize features and initiatives that deliver the most customer and business value.

Product Management

• Oversee the product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring post-launch support and iteration.
• Deep experience constructively collaborating with experienced Engineering leaders.
• Partner with compliance, marketing, sales and other teams for seamless delivery.
• Establish and monitor key product metrics to track performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Ability to get your hands dirty when necessary.

Team Leadership

• Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing team of product managers and designers.
• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability.
• Guide team members in their professional development and inspire them to excel.

Data-Driven Execution

• Leverage analytics to inform decisions and optimize product performance.
• Utilize A/B testing and other experimentation techniques to fuel growth.

Market Analysis

• Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor movements, and emerging technologies.
• Conduct market research to uncover new opportunities and safeguard against risks.

• Deep understanding of blockchain technologies, including wallets, tokens, smart contracts, and DeFi.
