Pay & Benefits

• Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00 (professional fee basis)
• Competitive annual salary range is $324,000 - $360,000, commensurate with experience

What You'll Do

• Provide in-house obstetric care, including management of labor, deliveries, and triage
• Consult on gynecologic issues and perform emergent gynecologic surgeries
• Collaborate with Level II-B NICU team for newborn care for pregnancies at 31+ weeks
• Work alongside experienced CNMs and be supported by back-up OB/GYN coverage
• Utilize Epic EMR system to coordinate and document patient care seamlessly
• Participate in hospital-wide emergency response and quality improvement initiatives
• Maintain optimal patient satisfaction and foster positive provider-patient relationships

What You Need

• Current Colorado medical license or eligibility
• Board certification or eligibility in OB/GYN or Family Medicine with OB experience
• Minimum of 2+ years of OB hospitalist experience preferred
• Ability to work 24-hour shifts and handle obstetric emergencies

• Experience working with Level II-B NICU teams
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills
