Pay & Benefits

• Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00
• Pay Package: Competitive salary commensurate with experience, range $328,000 - $365,000/year

What You'll Do

• Provide full-range OB/GYN care in outpatient clinics and hospital setting
• Collaborate with a team of experienced physicians and certified nurse midwives
• Use advanced surgical tools such as two daVinci XI robots for minimally invasive procedures
• Manage approximately 20 patients daily, with a focus on quality and personalized patient care
• Participate in call schedule (1:5), with CNMs handling most nights
• Maintain electronic health records in Epic system
• Support patient education and preventive care initiatives
• Engage in continuous professional development and contribute to a positive team environment

What You Need

• Valid medical license in Colorado (or eligible for licensure)
• Board Certification or Eligibility in OB/GYN
• Enthusiasm for full-time, outpatient-focused practice
• Strong communication skills and commitment to patient-centered care
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
