Veterinary Practice Manager

Fox Creek Veterinary Hospital at Wildwood is hiring a full-time Practice Manager to lead our team of veterinarians, technicians, and support staff. You’ll drive daily operations, support our medical team, and help keep our clients and patients well cared for. Champion the client experience from first call to follow‑up, building loyalty and growing the practice’s reputation in the community. Lead day‑to‑day operations: staffing, scheduling, inventory, and facilities, so the hospital runs smoothly and efficiently. Drive financial performance: manage P&L, analyze results, and implement strategies that deliver sustainable profitability without compromising the highest quality of care. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and hospital policies. Perform other related duties as assigned. What We’re Looking For Previous management experience in a veterinary setting is required. A calm, decisive leader who can juggle competing priorities. Strong communicator, comfortable with both clients and clinical staff. Data‑informed decision‑maker who takes ownership. Comfortable with practice management software and standard office tools. Back‑Office Support: Centralized functions (payroll, IT, finance, recruiting, and more) to reduce your administrative burden.
