Join a Team Where Your Work Truly Makes a Difference!                     Safe Children, Stable Families, Successful Lives. At CMCS (Cardinal McCloskey Community Services), our mission is to protect, empower and promote independence for at-risk children and families and those with developmental disabilities through quality community based services.As a Social Worker, you will play an important role, providing service coordination to the children and families served within the Early Childhood Education Division at Cardinal McCloskey Community Services. The Social Worker will work with pregnant women and children birth through five-years-old. This position requires excellent family engagement skills, high quality social service delivery, knowledge of supportive services and resources for families, strong advocacy, organizational, and problem solving skills.  Responsibilities:In collaboration with Family Advocates, provides case management services and support to the children and families of the ECED. Plan and facilitate parent support groups across all ECED program options. Collaborates with Disabilities Manager to organize case conference meetings with staff to discuss and develop strategies to support high-need children and families. Participate in the planning, development, and implementation of professional development training for staff related to social services, child development, and parenting.
