Fund Services Specialist - Trainer

$70k - $75k

Responsibilities Design, develop and implement instructor led training materials; facilitate classroom and technical training (CBT, WBT, online documentation). Provide training, coaching, mentorship and feedback for new employees, temporary staff, and other team members. Collaborate with management and quality assurance teams to identify training needs and performance gaps. Act as a project lead, ensuring project deliverables are met and effectively communicating project status. Participate in the recruitment process from reviewing resumes to conducting interviews, and coordinating with the People Department – Talent Acquisition for the on‑boarding process. Support day‑to‑day operations as needed processing customer requests and managing telephone interactions. Perform additional duties as assigned. Must Have Skills Strong group presentation and facilitation skills. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize and balance multiple tasks simultaneously. Extensive knowledge of the mutual fund industry and multiple transaction types including negotiability rules and other legal and company requirements. MS Word and MS PowerPoint expertise. Proven leadership skills within the business area. FINRA SIE, Series 6, and Series 63 licensed. Ability to work a 40‑hour work week, Monday through Friday 7am – 4pm with occasional mandatory overtime. Nice to Have Skills Specific knowledge pertaining to Janus Henderson products. Ability to work autonomously. Passion for leadership and people development. Potential for Growth Mentoring Leadership development programs Regular training Career development services Continuing education courses Compensation The base salary range for this position is $70,000–75,000. This range is estimated for this role. Actual pay may be different. The position will be open through June30,2026. Annual bonus opportunity: position may be eligible to receive an annual discretionary bonus award from the profit pool. The profit pool is funded based on company profits. Individual bonuses are determined based on company, department, team, and individual performance.
