Cycling Instructor

Position Title: Cycling Instructor Reports to: General Manager Location: Fitness Central East Address: 6170 Lee Hwy, Chattanooga, TN 37421 Fitness Central is Chattanooga’s new, premier fitness club. We are growing and we need your help. Duties & Responsibilities Deliver the Fitness Central experience to our members and clients in each session. Adhere to Fitness Central group fitness training standards and procedures. Continuously monitor the exercise/movement intensity of your client(s) throughout your class. Report to your class a minimum of 15 minutes before session start to ensure everything is set up properly. Begin and end each class on time. Execute your class on a regular basis and keep subbing to a minimum. Communicate with the General Manager on member feedback, equipment and operation status as well as scheduling and subbing. Ensure the equipment that was used is put away, sanitized and properly stored. Knowledge & Qualifications Instructors must have a current training certification. Must possess and maintain current CPR/AED certification. Must be well-versed in basic anatomy and kinesiology.
