Premise Health Inc. seeks a qualified Physical Therapist to collaborate with on-site health center teams and deliver evidence-based PT care to employees and dependents in the Detroit area.
The role emphasizes evaluation, treatment planning, patient-centered care, and participation in injury prevention programs. Prior outpatient orthopedic experience is preferred; three years is desirable.
