About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President, Project Finance Credit Officer to lead credit oversight for complex project finance deals. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing independent credit analysis and risk assessment on new transactions, amendments, and refinancings. This role involves close collaboration with origination and structuring teams to shape deal frameworks, ensuring alignment with internal risk policies, regulatory requirements, and best practices. The VP will also be tasked with monitoring portfolio performance, including ongoing credit reviews, covenant compliance, and stress testing, as well as supporting the development and enhancement of credit policies, frameworks, and procedures. Applicants must have significant experience in project finance credit, structured finance, or related risk roles, with a strong understanding of project finance structures, documentation, and risk allocation principles. The role requires the ability to assess complex financial models and transaction structures, and experience within a banking environment or credit risk function is preferred. Knowledge of infrastructure and energy markets, particularly in the context of evolving trends in renewables and digital assets, is essential. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be analytically and detail-oriented, commercially aware, and have a collaborative mindset with the ability to influence stakeholders and present to senior committees. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously are also key attributes for this position.
