Program Manager

Position Overview Infosys is seeking a Sr. Program Manager. A visionary leader responsible for driving transformation and service delivery programs by establishing integrated delivery and governance for leading global clients. The successful Program Manager will manage client goals, maximize service availability and ensure high client and end‑user satisfaction across Service Excellence, Automation, Customer Experience, Service Delivery, and Operations. Responsibilities Pre‑Sales Support: manage pursuit, collaborate with units to develop client‑specific solutions, drive workshops and pre‑RFP discussions, and extend thought leadership to influence and win deals. Program Delivery: define program plan, strategy and benefits; manage sponsors and stakeholders; take end‑to‑end responsibility for pursuit; achieve delivery goals of time, budget, functionality and quality; ensure appropriate staffing and resolve resource issues; build and lead the team; identify and mitigate risks; produce status reports; assist customers in defining business cases; manage program budget and vendors; review and challenge estimates; apply Agile practice at program level; support sales growth; analyze business cases; maintain strong interpersonal skills. Required Qualifications Located within commuting distance of Bellevue, WA or willing to relocate. Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution. 22+ years of relevant experience with majority in Information Technology programs. 12+ years of experience managing large complex programs in any industry vertical. Experience managing senior stakeholders and a complex ecosystem including external partners. Excellent team management abilities. Effective communication, leadership and interpersonal skills. Ability to travel extensively. Authorized to work in the United States without employer‑based visa sponsorship. Preferred Qualifications Domain or technology expertise with strong analytical skills. High initiative, flexibility, customer‑orientation and quality awareness. Excellent verbal and written communication. Knowledge of Agile program‑level practices and ability to create, review, and challenge estimates. Capacity to identify growth opportunities and support the sales team.
