Location: Plymouth, IN (100% onsite)
About the Company and Opportunity:
Our client is a locally respected business known for its commitment to financial accuracy and operational transparency. This role offers hands-on responsibility for daily accounting tasks and financial recordkeeping. Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate financial records including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.
- Prepare financial reports and assist with month-end and year-end closing.
- Process invoices, payments, and payroll entries.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
- Support the accounting team with audits and special projects.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate or Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in bookkeeping or general accounting.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Salary: $49,000 $51,000 depending on experience
Note: This role is 100% onsite
