Role Description The Project Manager at Shawn's Lawns, Inc. is a full-time, on-site role based in Poughkeepsie, NY. This position oversees excavation and site development projects from planning through completion, including scheduling, resource allocation, and coordination with field crews, subcontractors, and suppliers. Qualifications

• Experience with project coordination and Project Management in construction, excavation, or site development.
• Ability in Logistics Management to organize equipment, materials, deliveries, and crew assignments across multiple sites.
• Strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills, with attention to detail and follow-through.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills for collaborating with crews, vendors, clients, and regulators.
