Job Description:

As a Quality Management (QM) Test Analyst, you will support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities for a Child Support Modernization initiative. You will work closely with business stakeholders, program staff, vendors, and technical teams to validate business requirements, ensure system quality, and support successful implementation of the solution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) across Child Support business modules and workflows.
• Develop test scenarios, test cases, and test data based on business and functional requirements.
• Perform functional, end-to-end, regression, and validation testing activities.
• Document test results, defects, and issue resolution activities.
• Participate in defect triage, retesting, and production readiness validation.
• Validate system functionality against business processes, policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Identify requirements gaps, process inconsistencies, and potential business impacts.
• Support UAT planning, status reporting, test metrics, and test cycle management.
• Collaborate with business users, vendors, developers, and project teams to resolve issues.
• Support implementation, go-live activities, and post-production stabilization efforts.

Required Skills, Experiences, Education, and Competencies:

• Hands-on experience supporting UAT for a Child Support Modernization implementation.
• Strong knowledge of Child Support business processes, case management, and operational workflows.
• Experience developing and executing detailed test cases and validation scenarios.
• Proven ability to identify, document, and validate defects with a high degree of accuracy.
• Strong analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and quality assurance practices.
• Experience working with business stakeholders, SMEs, vendors, and technical teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with test management and defect tracking tools such as Jira, Xray, ALM, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with federal OCSE requirements, government system implementations, ProTech Child Support, and requirements traceability practices preferred.

The hourly range for roles of this nature are $40.00 to $55.00/hr. Rates are heavily dependent on skills, experience, location, and industry.
