What this job involves: As a Construction Project Manager specializing in office building and financial centre construction at JLL, you'll lead transformative projects that redefine how space serves business. You'll own the complete lifecycle-from initial concept and budgeting through strategic execution and final delivery. What your day-to-day will look like: * Lead end-to-end project delivery for office building and financial centre construction initiatives, ensuring alignment with client objectives and organizational standards * Develop and manage comprehensive project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation plans while proactively identifying and mitigating risks * Coordinate cross-functional teams including architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants to maintain project momentum and quality * Serve as the primary client point of contact, building trusted relationships and providing innovative solutions to conflicting priorities * Oversee contract negotiations, procurement processes, and vendor management to optimize project outcomes * Monitor construction progress through regular site visits, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and regulatory requirements * Facilitate strategic decision-making by analysing project data, preparing detailed reports, and presenting recommendations to stakeholders * Champion best practices and cultural initiatives that strengthen team performance and drive continuous improvement * Leverage emerging technologies and project management tools to enhance efficiency and deliver measurable value Required qualifications: * 4+ years of relevant experience in project management or construction management with demonstrated success leading complex projects (e.g., retail financial centres, office workspaces) * Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field, or a combination of relevant work experience, education, or equivalent * Strong working knowledge of project scope development, budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and contract negotiations * Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in fast-paced, high-volume environments while meeting critical deadlines * Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build relationships across all organizational levels and with external clients * Proficiency in project management technology tools and platforms (e.g., Clarion, Microsoft Project, MS Office suite) * Demonstrated track record of acting decisively, thinking strategically, and delivering measurable results * Strong problem-solving capabilities and ability to navigate conflicting priorities with innovative solutions Preferred qualifications: * Direct experience managing office building and financial centre construction projects from inception through completion * Professional certification such as PMP, CCM, LEED AP, or equivalent industry credential * Experience implementing new technologies or digital tools to improve project delivery and client outcomes This position does not provide visa sponsorship.
