Job Description
Duties to include but not limited to:
- Performs clerical, administrative, and technical program support work for the Home based primary care service.
- Performs timekeeping duties for the Home based primary care service.
- Communicates effectively both verbally and in writing with individuals from a variety of backgrounds.
- Types a variety of documents into final form, ensuring correct grammar, spelling, punctuation, format, and style.
- Utilizes a computer and applications to extract pertinent data and prepare a variety of reports.
- Utilizes a range of software applications (i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, etc.) to prepare correspondence and data tables.
- Maintains an automated system of program-specific data.
- Schedules meetings, transcribes minutes, gathers reports, and tracks actions for staff.
Work Schedule: Monday thru Friday 07:30am to 04:00pm
