Architecture Project Coordinator

Job Description Location: Atlanta, GA (Smyrna/Cumberland area) | Full-Time | Hybrid About the Opportunity A nationally recognized, full-service architecture and interior design firm headquartered in the Atlanta metropolitan area is seeking an Architecture Project Coordinator to join their growing team. What You Will Do Serve as the central coordination point for multiple active projects, managing documentation, schedules, and communication across internal teams, clients, and consultants Establish and maintain comprehensive digital and physical project files with proper version control and organization Track and distribute project documents including drawings, specifications, RFI logs, submittal logs, meeting minutes, and change orders Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, capture detailed meeting minutes, and follow up on action items Coordinate project‑related correspondence including letters, memos, and emails between project teams, clients, and consultants Maintain and update project schedules and task lists, alerting Project Managers to potential conflicts or delays Assist with contract administration tasks including tracking project phases, invoicing support, and consultant agreements Support preparation for client presentations and reviews What You Bring Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design from an accredited university (required) 1 to 3 years of experience in an architecture, interior design, or AEC firm environment Familiarity with Revit, AutoCAD, or equivalent design software Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients, consultants, and internal teams Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and deadlines Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Bonus Points Active pursuit of architectural licensure (AXP hours and/or ARE preparation) Experience with Bluebeam, Newforma, or Deltek Vantagepoint Familiarity with RFI and submittal processes in a design or construction administration environment Compensation and Benefits Competitive salary commensurate with experience Full benefits package including health, dental, and vision Professional development support including licensure exam preparation Collaborative, design-forward work environment with growth opportunity #J-18808-Ljbffr Tier 1 Consulting, Inc.
