Primary Responsibilities: Represent TELUS Communications in a professional and friendly manner Sell and promote services to new and existing customers Communicate effectively with customers Face-to-face customer interactions in various settings Respond to customers’ inquiries; research, resolve, and follow up on customer issues Assess customer needs and provide appropriate recommendations and solutions Represent our client at different events and campaigns Work with industry leading clients like TELUS Communications Gain experience managing a team Receive in-depth and comprehensive training Work with great teams to motivate you throughout the duration of your program Requirements: Able to work full-time (Monday-Friday) Previous sales or customer service experience is an asset, but not required Enthusiastic, positive and passionate personality Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Able to pass criminal record check We provide full support and comprehensive training to help you succeed within our team. #J-18808-Ljbffr
