What You'll Do

• Meet virtually with clients to review benefit options and identify their needs
• Build and maintain positive relationships through exceptional customer service
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development programs
• Collaborate with team leaders to achieve performance goals
• Assist with onboarding and mentoring new team members as you grow within the organization
• Track activity and maintain accurate client records
• Represent the company with professionalism and integrity during all client interactions
